On the day of your scheduled installation, our team arrives in the morning and gets to work preparing the concrete. You will need to have the space clear of furniture and personal belongings.

This involves sweeping for dust and large debris, and in some cases, using a shop vacuum to ensure there’s as little dirt as possible on the surface of the floor.

We grind out and then fill large cracks or divots in your concrete with a rapid-curing patch formula before sweeping up and dust and dirt. We also prepare and protect any fixtures in your floor, like drains or pipes.

We roll on a commercial-grade polyaspartic floor coating by hand, using small hand-tools to get into corners and at edges.

For a standard 2-car garage, we will be done within one day. Your polyaspartic floor coating will then need to dry through the end of the second day before you can begin moving back in!
